The landscape of student-athletics is shifting rapidly. From the pressures of early recruitment to the complexities of NIL and the transfer portal, student-athletes face challenges that extend far beyond the field.
Are your athletes winning on the field but struggling to find that same drive in the classroom and in life?
The Find the Balance Grant is a comprehensive initiative designed to bridge the gap between athletic motivation, academic production, and future professional success. Grounded in Self-Determination Theory and the research of Dr. Keith Adams, this grant moves beyond traditional "study halls" to provide a proven, data-driven framework that treats academic and professional development as a discipline.
This grant is a turnkey solution for Middle Schools, High Schools, and University Athletic Departments seeking to implement CKA 101: Finding the Balance, a holistic success course.
Whether building foundational habits in middle school or refining career readiness in college, recipients receive a complete educational ecosystem designed to foster a "No Secrets" environment where potential meets production.
